I've spent my career as a project manager, leading website and app development projects from start to finish. I owned operations and delivery, which meant working just as closely with the technology as with the people building it.
Before founding Emburc, I spent 5+ years running web and app projects as a freelance project manager, alongside full-time roles in project management and delivery: 15+ projects for clients in 4+ countries. The case studies on this site come from that work and from the engineers I delivered it with.
